Main Wing
3 (+1) bedrooms
The main wing contains a kitchen, living and dining room.
The main bedroom (king bed), bathroom and a study/second bedroom are located upstairs.
Downstairs are a further two bedrooms and a bathroom (one room has a queen bed and the other a king bed that can be split into two long singles upon request).
There is a commercial laundry with two washers and two dryers in the main wing.
Guest Wing
1 bedroom +
4 bed bunk room
The guest wing contains a master bedroom (king bed), walk in robe and ensuite. The bunk room (2 queen beds and 2 king single beds) has its own bathroom.
The guest wing has its own laundry.
Mezzanine
The mezzanine is a loft room with ladder access (queen bed) and a downstairs bathroom. The Mezzanine does not come standard when booking Picadilly House but may be arranged upon request.
Airstream Caravan
A fully restored 1963 Airstream caravan sits aside the home. The Airstream is not intended for sleeping in.
Concierge
A comprehensive concierge service is available upon request.
